Internet Coupon Trouble?

GB Savers - has anyone had difficulty in the GB area using Internet Coupons?  I'm noticing a lot of skepticism when I present them at various places.  I had to tell a lady at Walmart once where I got it and that she could tell her manager to look it up if they wanted.  Just wondering what you have experienced?  Shelly - did you talk to the owners at your Piggly Wiggly by you about their decision not to accept them?  Vivian

As you know my PW won't take IPs (haven't talked to anyone about it yet...it's on my to do list!) The Copps by my house won't take them if they are over $1. I have never had any trouble at CVS, Walgreens, or Cub with IPs. Some places look extra hard at them but then scan them anyway. I think sometimes it is because I print them in black and white so they look like I might have photocopied them. You could try printing in color to see if that helps but ink is so expensive! I think larger (chain) stores take them with less suspicion than smaller, local stores. If CVS and Walgreens stop taking them I don't know what I'll do! :)

If the cashier gives you trouble always ask to speak to the manager. The manager should be able to show you in writing or explain their coupon policy. If they don't have a policy prohibiting IPs then that is a good way to "educate" the cashier.
