I haven't been to Walgreens yet to confirm this but there are rumors that Purex laundry detergent is on sale BOGO. There are also BOGO coupons available... the BOGO "sale" pays for one and the BOGO coupon pays for the other... which means two bottle of detergent FREE.
In some cases cashiers will not let you do this. After several tries, I have never been able to get Walgreens to share their "official" coupon policy. It depends on the cashier, the manager, and the store.
If your store happens to have enough stock you could always buy 4 bottles. You would end up getting two bottles free with the BOGO sale and one free with the BOGO coupon. Four bottles for the price of one is still a great deal!
