Stephanie Nelson (aka Coupon Mom) has also written a book called The Coupon Mom's Guide to Cutting Your Grocery Bills in Half. I believe it is an updated version of her first book Greatest Secrets of the Coupon Mom. I read the first book several years ago and really found it helpful. [Hard to believe now, but I had never heard of CVS (it wasn't in our area yet) when I first visited Coupon Mom's site!]
