How is the potatoes and sour cream free? I bring up the ad and it says 49 cents?

Which online Festival ad are you looking at Tina?

All the GB area stores have the items for free, but if you are in another area of the state your ad might be a little different. While most of the deals will match up for all Festival stores some won't. Sorry for the confusion.

bummer - Appleton Post Crescent says they are 49 cents. Includes Appleton/Oshkosh/Fondulac area
